Arkansas Woodworks operates Home Plate Hall of Fame. Contact us at orders@arwoodworks.com about privacy or your order.

Information we collect When you request or purchase a personalized display, we collect the personalization details you provide, display type, quantity, email address, and delivery ZIP code. When address-based shipping is available, we also collect your recipient name and delivery street address before checkout, and share delivery address details with FedEx to calculate shipping. After payment, we receive the confirmed delivery address and payment confirmation from PayPal. PayPal handles payment credentials; this website does not collect your PayPal password or full payment-card details. Our website host and service providers may process basic technical information needed to operate and protect their services.

How we use information We use order information to process payment, send confirmations and proofs, prepare personalized displays, arrange delivery, answer questions, and maintain business records. We use the business owner's separately enrolled mobile number for internal paid-order alerts. Customer phone numbers are not collected for this SMS program.

Service providers We use PayPal for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for owner SMS alerts, FedEx for shipping quotes and delivery, and our hosting provider to operate the website and store order records. These providers receive information needed to perform their services. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.

Optional Website Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to measure page visits, product views, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. Analytics may process technical data such as browser information, approximate location, traffic sources, product type, quantity, and purchase value. We do not send customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, player details, or PayPal checkout tokens to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline analytics and still order, or change your choice using Cookie Preferences. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how Google processes information.

SMS privacy We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent information may be processed by service providers to deliver messages, maintain consent records, and meet carrier registration requirements.

Retention and requests We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact orders@arwoodworks.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for payment, accounting, or other applicable obligations.

Changes We may update this policy. The current version will appear on this page with its effective date.
