Arkansas Woodworks operates Home Plate Hall of Fame. These terms describe ordering and the optional internal owner-alert SMS program. Contact orders@arwoodworks.com with questions.

Orders and payment Review your display type, personalization, quantity, email, and delivery address before ordering. Prices and shipping charges are shown before payment approval. Shipping is $20 for destinations where the FedEx quote is $30 or less; higher-cost destinations pay the calculated FedEx rate. Where FedEx shipping is calculated, quotes are held for 15 minutes and must be refreshed if the delivery address or quantity changes. Each display ships in its own box. Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Payment is processed through PayPal. An order confirmation follows a verified completed payment. Website checkout may be unavailable while setup and testing are underway.

Proof approval and production We email a digital proof to the address supplied with the order. Production begins after proof approval. Check names, jersey numbers, and other personalization carefully before approving. The website's stated production and shipping schedule applies. Contact orders@arwoodworks.com promptly if you need an order change or have an issue; available options depend on payment and production status.

SMS Terms — owner paid-order alerts This optional program sends internal Home Plate Hall of Fame paid-order alerts from Arkansas Woodworks to the enrolled business owner. It does not enroll customers in SMS messaging and does not send marketing messages.

Enrollment requires the owner's explicit consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a display. Message frequency varies with orders; normally one alert is sent for each verified completed payment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email orders@arwoodworks.com. Carrier and service-provider restrictions may affect delivery, and timely delivery is not guaranteed. Essential order records and email notices remain available if SMS alerts stop.
